Integrated Weighing System for Cranes
A Weighing system with multiple services. It can be installed in both new and previously installed cranes (needs previous calculation) , made up of load cells (electro mechanic transducers) which are installed in the cranes trolley, avoiding loss of height or in can be integrated in the cable fixed point. It runs directly from the crane so as to offer uninterrupted service. ON/OFF/TARE push buttons through the crane pendant. Optional remote control available.
It is made up of one highly reliable load cell with a preciseness of 0.1%. 150% overload resistance without altering the read value. Work elements safety Factor 5.
The system is electronically charged directly through the girder cranes’ control panel on the trolley.
Includes a macro-display viewer with red LED’s digits 5” (120mm) high, which can be placed in the trolley or wherever is most convenient for the client.
This system is ideal for warehouses and workshops with hard continuous jobs because the load cell is protected from any possible collisions because it is directly charged.
Functions can be carried out through a remote control (included).
