Bottom Block Weighing System TP-BE
The FLYLOAD® weighing system for the bottom block is incorporated in the actual bottom block of the crane. It is run by rechargeable batteries which are easily removed and replaced. The charger for the batteries can be attached to a wall or a table top. The equipment comes with an extra pack of batteries to switch with the others while they are charging and that way is always running.
Advantages: • Minimmun needed room space. • Total precision +/- 0.1% without affecting the position of the cranes’ hook. • Viewer equipment is robust and totally protected between the two pulleys of the cranes’ bottom block. • Immediate reading of Weight/ Tare. • Capacities from 3.200 Kg to 40.000 Kg • Divisions from 1 to 20 Kg (Depending on capacity). • Load cells Factor 10 (meaning breakage resistance 10 times the nominal load). • Momentary overload in the cell with no effects: 150% suggested capacity. • Screen- viewer display – 1” LEDs. Protection: IP-54. Temperature : - 4º C / + 60º C. Guarantee: 12 months, except batteries, chargers and inappropiate use.
